Biography

Mr. Adeleke Olugbenga David is the Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Oludavids and Co. He was born on the 19th of June, 1964 and has over 30 years hands-on-tools experience in Financial Statement audit, Audit-related services, financial advisory services and taxation. He has a wide range of professional experience cutting across industries and sectors.
Mr. Adeleke David holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, and a Master of Business Administration in addition to being a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. He became an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) in 1994 and has since then been in active service practicing as a chartered accountant and delivering value in the field of accounting, auditing and taxation.
His passion for accounting droves him to study the discipline which he pursued right from the first day of his educational l pursue it.Andafter graduation/qualification he began service as an accountant/ auditor and is still serving in that capacity to date. His years of professional working experience began in 1990 when he joined Seven Up Bottling Company Plc as an Accounts Manager. He serve the company in that capacity for 10 years before he left to join Nigerian Spinners & Dyers Nigeria Ltd. Kano and worked for 12 years from 1999 to 2011 as a Chief Accountant.
Subsequently, he moved to take up an employment with Cowrie Flours Mills Limited and worked as a Finance Manager beginning from 2011 and he still serves as a Consultant to the company till date.
