corporate entities are required by law to register for and file their audited account and computation with the federal inland Revenue Service (FIRS) within six months of their financial year-end and this is required to be done on seif assesment basis or 18 month following incorporation. Once an organization is registered, it is allocated a tax identification Number (TIN) which serve the purpose of identifying and tracking all taxes filed by the entity with the FIRS>
